Take a walk on the wild side as you venture into the forest with our expert naturalists. Discover more about keystone species like the Royal Bengal Tiger, the Himalayan Black Bear and the Asiatic Elephant, and how they impact the overall ecology of the Shivalik Ecosystem. For bird-lover’s this park is the first staging ground for migratory birds after they cross the Himalayas. Go angling on the banks of the River Ganges, or take a rafting trip over the rapids in the rushing snow-fed waters. Step out with your naturalist on a guided nature walk, or take a bicycle ride along the edge of the forest, as you explore the charms of this rural landscape. Discover ancient history and take part in age-old traditions, in the holy city of Haridwar.
Today you will transfer on your own arrangements to your residence Aalia Jungle Bandarjudh located at the edge of the Rajaji National Park. On arrival at the camp, soak in the serenity of the surroundings as you are escorted to your luxurious tent. Later, set out for a gentle walk around the campsite, to acquaint yourself with the fauna and flora of the beautiful surroundings. In the evening, your resident naturalist will introduce the wild terrain of RajajiNationalPark, highlighting the varied activities & a list of exciting optional experiences and escorted game drives in order curate itinerary of your choice. Optional Activities: You can opt to go on an afternoon game drive into Rajaji National Park, or spend the afternoon angling in the local pond, or rejuvenate in our inhouse spa.
