Itinerary

Day 1Arrival New Delhi

Arrive at New Delhi’s ‘IGI International Airport’ at 1100 hours. Meet with our company representative, warm welcome with fresh flower garlands & then transfer to hotel.

In the afternoon, start the Delhi tour by visiting memorial of Mahatma Gandhi ‘Raj Ghat’ & then visit Jama Masjid (one of India’s biggest mosque). A rickshaw-ride through the narrowest lanes of Chandni Chowk (Old Delhi) will entice you, surprise you & might intimidate you, but for sure, these chaotic streets will give you an experience of a lifetime.

Cruise on your rickshaw through many small lanes, such as silver market, book market, wedding market etc. Your rickshaw will come at a halt in ‘Khari Baoli’ – spice market, and then have a walk around in the area. Return to your vehicle by rickshaw-ride & then drive past the majestic Red Fort- where Indian PM unfurls the flag every 15th August (Independence Day) & addresses the nation.

Return to hotel at the end of the tour, Enjoy your overnight stay.

Day 2 New Delhi

Post Breakfast. Proceed for Delhi’s tour.

Visit Qutub Minar; The Qutab Minar, soaring Afghan-style victory tower and minaret, erected by sultan Qutb-ud-din in 1193 to proclaim his supremacy over the vanquished Hindu rulers of Qila Rai Pithora. Also visit a Kashmiri Co-operative, enjoy a Kashmiri Tea ‘Kahwa’ here when you witness the artisians presenting their local arts & products

Next visit to a Sikh Temple ‘Bangla Sahib’ & then drive past major govt buildings such as Presidents Palace, Parliament House, India Gate circle.

Later proceed to visit Humayun’s Tomb, Humayun’s tomb is sublimely well proportioned, seeming to float above its symmetrical gardens. It’s thought to have inspired the Taj Mahal, which it predates by 60 years. Lotus Temple for a short exterior photography stop;

Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3Delhi – Agra – Bharatpur

Post breakfast and checkout, drive to Agra 200kms,4 hours). On arrival, check-in at hotel.

Later proceed to visit Agra Fort; Agra has one of the finest Mughal forts in India. Visit a Marble Workshop; local artisans showcase their skill of Marble Inlay work in these workshops. The artisans in Agra are believed to be the descendants of the artists who were actual workers of Taj Mahal.
Later visit Taj Mahal a UNESCO world heritage site constructed by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal that has left tourist spellbound by its beauty for years.

Post Agra sightseeing drive towards Bharatpur(60Kms/1hr), upon arrival check-in at hotel.

Day 4Bharatpur

After breakfast, trip to the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary extremely famous for its wide variety of avifauna (bird) species, Lohagarh Fort and the museum. Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary with enthralling Rickshaw Ride.

Keoladeo Ghana National Park (Sanctuary was previously known as Bharatpur bird Sanctuary) – A home to several species of avifauna. Housing thousands of birds, the park is declared as a protected sanctuary and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 5Bharatpur – Fatehpur Sikri – Ranthambore

Post breakfast, checkout from hotel and drive towards Fatehpur Sikri (20kms,30minutes), best example of the culmination of Hindu and Muslim architecture. And said to be a copy of the mosque in Mecca and has designs, derived from the Persian & Hindu architecture. Highly popular amongst them is Buland Darwaza, which is titled as the largest gateway in the world.

Continue your drive towards Ranthambore (240Kms/4-5hrs). Upon arrival, accommodate at the pre booked hotel. Overnight.

Day 6Ranthambore

Early morning, proceed for the Jungle safari at Ranthambore National Park with naturalists in open jeep.

Considered as one of the biggest national parks in northern India in 1980, will offer you to witness, close with many wildlife’s like peacocks, bears, gazelles, sloths, wild boars and no doubt Bengal tigers. See the beautiful vivid variety of birds and animal flocking/relaxing in their region.

In the afternoon, proceed for another Jungle safari with naturalists in open jeep.

Return to hotel, overnight.

Day 7Ranthambore – Bundi

Post breakfast, checkout from the hotel and drive to Bundi (150kms/3hours).

Upon arrival check-in at hotel. Proceed for sightseeing which includes Taragarh fort, the most impressive of the city’s structures. Followed by visit of Bundi palace, and Chaurasi kambhon ki Chatri also visit Stepwells, There are over 50 stepwells in Bundi. Due to shortage of time we will explore important one only. The Rani Ji Ki Baori is a noted one.

An overnight stay at the hotel in Bundi or Kota.

Day 8Bundi – Udaipur

Post breakfast, drive to Udaipur (260kms/5 hours). As you reach, check-in at your pre booked hotel. Rest of the day on leisure.

Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 9Udaipur

Breakfast at hotel and proceed for sightseeing of Udaipur city.

Udaipur city tour comprises of visit to Sahelion-ki-Bari, which is good example of the art of landscaping, a beautiful garden was built for the 48 maidens meant to be a part of the dowry of the princess. Arrive at City Palace, Standing on the edge of the Lake Pichola and built by Maharaja Udai Singh, the gorgeous City Palace is a marvel in marble. Majestically set on a hill, it is accentuated with balconies, towers and cupolas along with superb views of the lake and the city that can be admired from the upper terraces.

Later, a short walk to the Jagdish Temple, lets you immerse in local life & get great pictures. Late afternoon/early evening, you will have boat ride in Lake Pichola, ride takes you to visit Jag Mandir – the first island palace on Lake Pichola.

Overnight in Udaipur

Day 10Udaipur – Ranakpur – Jawai

Post breakfast, checkout from hotel and drive to Jawai (150kms/3-4hours) en route stop at Ranakpur Jain Temples.

Dedicated to Tirthankara Rishabhanatha, Ranakpur Jain Temples include several other temples within the campus like the Surya Temple, Chaumukha Temple, Amba Temple and the Parshwanath Temple.

Continue drive to Jawai Bandh, Jawai is equally distant from Udaipur and Jodhpur. Jawai got its name from Rajasthan’s largest reservoirs which very close to Jawai camps. Enjoy your stay at Jawai.

Day 11Jawai – Rural Stay

Post breakfast jeep ride to spot leopards.

Later drive to Rural Stay. Upon arrival, warm welcome with traditional Indian way.

After short rest, proceed for Village tour & local life immersion.Overnight at hotel.

Day 12Rural Stay – Jaipur

Post breakfast, checkout from the hotel and proceed to Jaipur.

Upon arrival at Jaipur, accommodate at the pre booked hotel. Overnight.

Day 13Jaipur

Breakfast at hotel. Proceed for sightseeing of Jaipur

We start with Amber Fort. Elephant ride uphill & Jeep ride downhill at the fort. Nostalgic Amber Fort, near Jaipur in Rajasthan, is one of the most well-known and most-visited forts in India. During downhill, visit a very heritage structure – Panna-Meena ka kund, which is a square-shaped stepwell, with adjoining stairs on all four sides and a room on the northern wall.

We will make our way back to the city, en-route we will stop at Jal Mahal, Possibly the most serene sight amidst the chaos of Jaipur is the beautiful Jal Mahal Jaipur, the Water Palace. Short stops at the Jewel & Carpet Workshops in Jaipur are must to witness how the local artisans create marvels from raw materials.

Later in the second half of the day, visit Jantar Mantar, a large grassy enclosure containing eighteen huge stone astronomical measuring devices constructed between 1728 and 1734. City Palace, originally built by Jai Singh in the 1720s and having lost none of its original pomp and splendour. Before you start exploring the local markets, stop for photography at the one world’s most famous façade Hawa Mahal.

Post your exploration in the local market. Return to hotel & overnight.

Day 14Jaipur – Sariska

Post breakfast, checkout from hotel and drive to Sariska (110kms/2 hours).

Upon arrival check in at the hotel. Later proceed for the Jungle safari at Sariska Tiger Reserve with naturalists in open jeep.

The Sariska Tiger Reserve is an Indian national park located in the Alwar district of the state of Rajasthan. The topography of Sariska supports scrub-thorn arid forests, dry deciduous forests, rocks and grasses. This area was a hunting preserve of the erstwhile Alwar state and it was declared a wildlife reserve in 1955.

Overnight at the hotel.

Day 15Sariska – Delhi

After breakfast drive towards Delhi (200kms/3-4 hours).

As you reach Delhi, check-in at your pre booked hotel. The day is to be spent resting and relaxing at your hotel room.

Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 16Delhi Departure

This day brings the end of wonderful tour, post breakfast proceeds to airport for the flight to onwards destination.
