According to a study released this month by the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE). The overall motivational impact of incentive travel appears to be the highest in India with 89 per cent of respondents viewing it as motivating or extremely motivating, versus 77 per cent in the U.S. and 72 per cent in the U.K.
Respondents overwhelmingly agreed that incentive programmes in India made them feel appreciated (97%) recognised by their peers (90%) and increased their feelings of belongingness (89%) and loyalty (80%) to their company.
Nearly half of respondents perceive incentive travel as more valuable than other motivational tools such as cash (33%) or paid vacation time (25%). Start your evening with traditional Delhi snacks with Kite Flying experience. In old-Delhi, it’s a charm to fly kite on the terrace of a haveli.
It is most amazing to have a ‘kite-flying competition’ with the locals who will be on their own terrace and fighting to cut your kites. Once the adrenaline of the kites settle down, enjoy a classical Indian performance with a scrumptious Indian buffet or table service. Return to hotel. Overnight

Breakfast at your hotel. Set out to explore Jaipur city. Arrive at Amber Fort, known for its artistic style elements, this fort is crown jewel of the Jaipur city. Fort is located atop a hill and to reach the fort, we can use Elephants, or we can use Jeeps. We will then arrive at Jantar Mantar, a collection of 19 astronomical instruments and is world’s most accurate premodern observatory. Walk to the City Palace & get mesmerized by the museum and its history.
Lunch is waiting for the group at the City Palace’s famous Baradari restaurant. A wide spread of Royal Menu awaits the guests. Post lunch, explore the local markets of Jaipur. Optionally we can curate a time-based, treasure hunt for the guests, who will be divided in teams, not only does it make you explore the markets better but also is a team building activity.
Arrive at a home of an erstwhile Royal Family. The Mandawa family organizes a traditional Rajasthani high-tea. A unique one of a kind high-tea experience, here you savor the traditional, snacks famous in Rajasthan with Indian masala chai, not only this. You learn and fly kites. There is a session for turban & saree tying. The men are taught how to tie & turban & women are taught saree.
After this fulfilling experience & conversation with the Royal Family, return to hotel. Dinner & overnight.
Post breakfast today, transfer to a Rural stay en-route Agra. On arrival, check-in with flower shower & traditional ceremony. Once accommodated, lunch in the lawns or heritage banquet with a puppet show

Visit the Agra Fort. A huge red-sandstone structure, over-looking the Taj, gives you a complete insight of how a Mughal-era kingdom was run in these forts.
