India is a photographer's paradise because
of its location, variety in nature and geographical
conditions. The north of India bordered by
the world's highest mountain chain, where
foothill valleys cover the northernmost of
the country's 26 states. Further south, plateaus,
tropical rain forests and sandy deserts are
bordered by palm fringed beaches. All these
things makes India an heaven for photography
lovers.
The variations is its cultural diversity
and co-existence of a number of religions
as well as local tradition from one state
to another, India have something to offer
all. The high mountain peaks of Himalaya to
free flowing mountain rivers, beautify towering
temples of south India to ornately sculptured
surface of exotic Khajuraho, Art & Paintings
in Ajanta - Elora caves to Monasteries in
North East or clear clean sun beaches of Goa
to backwaters of Kerala, India is incredible
!!!
In other hands the desert of Kutch, Gujarat,
on the other hand, a scattering of villages
pit themselves against the awesome forces
of nature, resulting in Spartan lifestyles
made vibrant by a profusion of jewelry and
ornamental embroidery used to adorn apparel
and household linen. In the extreme north
is the high altitude desert of Ladakh. Local
culture is visibly shaped by the faith - Buddhism
-as well as by the harsh terrain. Yet another
facet of Indian culture is observed in the
colorful tribal lifestyles of the north eastern
states of Nagaland, Mizoram, Tripura and Manipur
with their folk culture. In the central Indian
states of Orissa and Madhya Pradesh tribal
village life has resulted in a variety of
artistically executed handicrafts.
There are a number of jungles provide shooting
wildlife -with a camera. The Indian wildlife
is very rich, being it the vibrant Tiger reserve
of Ranthambore, Kanha, Bandhavgarh and Corbett.
Shooting to them with your camera in natural
habitate is highly pleasure. The Lions of
Gir forests in Gujarat to Rhinos in north-east
nad Elephants in South India, they all are
unique in their nature.
Besides of all this the forts and palaces
including Taj Mahal, churches of Goa, small
decorated haveli in Rajasthan and other colonial
buildings etc are really architectural wonders
and always been favorite for all tourists
to India.
